Two parking lots at Palm Beach International Airport close for months
WEST PALM BEACH — The short-term and premium parking lots at Palm Beach International Airport have been closed for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. It will be several months before they reopen.
The long-term and economy lots remain open and offer plenty of parking, according to airport officials. Both lots are a short walk to the terminal. The long-term lot has elevated walking bridges to the terminal. The economy lot offers shuttle service.
The periodic closures of the garages are necessary to ensure the safety of passengers and their vehicles, Laura Beebe, Palm Beach County's director of airports, said in a news release.

The charge for long term parking is $13 per day and the economy lot is $7 per day. The work is the first phase of a project that will help extend the useful life of the parking structures at the airport.
Palm Beach International Airport serves more than 6.8 million passengers annually and offers 200 nonstop flights daily with 13 airlines. Air traffic has returned to pre-pandemic levels.
